Signs of Fleas:
Excessive scratching or biting from your pet, visible red bumps or bites on their skin, especially around the base of the tail, belly, and legs, presence of "flea dirt" (small dark specks that look like pepper) in their fur which turns red when wet, hair loss, and visible adult fleas when parting fur, particularly around the ears and rump; you can also check for flea dirt on furniture, carpets, and pet bedding.
